Every year, on New Years Eve, Lakes Entrance hosts the largest Fireworks festival this side of Melbourne.
Starting at 1pm in the afternoon, Lakes Entrance comes alive, with activities, petting farm and markets on the Foreshore. This is followed with entertainment, music and stage performers.
At 9:30pm the first Family Fireworks begin. A fantastic display of fireworks over Cunningham Arm Lake. Setup a picnic on the Foreshore, bring the kids and settle in for a great afternoon and evening of entertainment.
Musical performances continue on into the evening, when at Midnight, a stunning Fireworks display is let loose over the Lake. It's an experience not to be missed.

6.30pm – 8.30pm: Roaming Entertainment along Esplanade: Jugglers, Fire eaters, Belly Dancers etc;
7pm – 8.30pm: DJ & live music – main stage
8.30pm – 9.30pm: Eccentrix Entertainment – Fire Eaters, Jugglers, Clowns, Belly Dancers – main stage
9.30pm – Fireworks
9.30pm – 10.30pm: Roaming Entertainment along Esplanade– Fire eaters, Jugglers, Clowns, Belly Dancers etc;
9.45pm – 12mn: DJ & Live music
12 midnight: Fireworks
12.15pm – 12.30pm: DJ & Live music
