The peaceful waters of Cunninghame Arm are right over the road and the surf beach is just a short walk across the footbridge.

Cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes walk and, if you are in the mood for some retail therapy, there are many hidden treasures to be found in the shops along the Esplanade.

Sea Breeze has the facilities and space to accommodate a family of eight or four couples. There is also a single fold-away bed and porta-cot.

The spacious upper level lounge with comfortable chaise couch, large flat screen TV and entertainment system adjoins the dining area which seats six and opens onto an alfresco area with electric bbq and taking full advantage of the magnificent views.

A selection of DVDs, CDs, books, board games and outdoor play equipment is also available.

The fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen has an electric cook top, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, large flat screen TV, magnificent views of the water and a roller shutter on the window to ensure peacefully quiet nights.

The beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom includes a shower, basin and WC as well as a hair dryer and straightener.

The large second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a double bed.

The main bathroom has a bath, basin and separate shower.

There is also a separate downstairs toilet and European laundry housing a washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.

There is a lovely front garden to buffer the street and a sunny sheltered sitting area on the ground level porch. For the car and boat, there is a remote-controlled double garage and there is also room for a further two vehicles outside the garage.

Doonas, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and face washers.

Also provided is a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, tea and sugar.
