Lakes Entrance: All surf beaches are producing Salmon up to 3kg with lures, blue bait and pilchards. The Barrier and Nungurner have Silver and King George Whiting on pippies and worm. The town jetties for Yellow Eyed Mullet and Trevally taking pilchard. Offshore at the Pipeline and Ocean Grange for Gummies and Snapper on pilchard and squid.
Lake Tyers: Bream are in the main lake taking live bait and soft plastics. Good Flathead are up passed the islands. Pinkies and Tailor are around the Green House and at Mill Point and Blackfellows Arm.
Mitchell River: At the river mouth for Bream using lures. The Backwaters also for Bream. The Highway Bridge have Perch taking prawn and soft plastics.
Tambo River: Down at the river mouth for Bream on live shrimp.
Nicholson: The Little Cliffs and down toward the river mouth also Thumb Point for Bream on live shrimp and prawn.
Metung: Bancroft Bay and Mosquito Point are producing Tailor, trolling with lures for best results. Silver and King George Whiting are in the Nungurner area taking pippies and worm.
Paynesville: The Strait is the best spot for Luderick and Bream. Offshore at Ocean Grange for Gummies and Snapper on squid and pilchard.
Hollands Landing: Plover Point, Seacombe Landing, the Woodpile, Blonde Bay and down to Storm Point for Bream, Mullet, Flathead and Tailor trolling with lures.
Marlo: Offshore for Gummies and Flathead. The surf beach for Salmon, Tailor and Gummies on pilchard and squid. The Brodribb River is producing Bream and Mullet on worm.
Bemm River: Bream are to be found in the main lake on hard bodied lures, worm and prawn. Flathead are chasing soft plastics.
Tamboon Inlet: Eagans Bank and other shallow areas for Flathead on prawn and soft plastics. Peachtree Creek for Bream.
Mallacoota: The Genoa and Wallagaraugh Rivers for Bream taking yabbies. Luderick are at Fisheries and Main Wharf on weed. Trevally and Tailor are taking pilchard. Both Lakes for Flathead using live potties. Offshore also for Flathead on pilchard.
Omeo High Country: Anglers Rest and the Mitta Mitta River are best for Trout using lures, plastics and worm.
