Main Beach Lakes Entrance
Ninety Miles of BeachesThe Main Beach at Lakes Entrance looks out over the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean. Patrolled by trained Surf Lifesaver Volunteers, the Main Beach is an ideal beach for family activities.
Stretching from the Entrance, the beach extends north to Lake Bunga Beach. There's plenty of room for a game of cricket, volleyball or kite flying.
A Lake divides the township from the Main Beach. Spanning the lake is the new Footbridge. Ideal for water sports, paddling, fishing or the paddleboats.
Access to the beach is via the Footbridge, making it ideal for wheelchair access. A Kiosk is open on the Beach side of the Lake during summer months, providing snacks and drinks.
