Accommodation Rates (summary)
All prices are "PER COUPLE" and include Cooked Breakfast
Minimum 2 nights on weekends. Other minimum requirements during holiday and peak periods.
Note: 3 night minimum stays on long weekends, 4 nights minimum over Easter
Check-in time is 2.00pm - Check-out time is 10.30am

Cancellation Policy:

For bookings throughout the year we require a credit card number via fax or telephone or deposit cheque within 5 working days to secure your booking. Deposit is equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation cost. In the case of telephone credit card authorization the deposit amount will be credited to your account.

Cancellation requires 14 days written notice for a refund - otherwise an alternate booking time can be arranged. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the arrival date will be charged full room rate. All cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee.

Christmas, Easter, special event & party bookings for the entire establishment must be fully pre-paid one month prior to arrival date. Cancellations of such reservations require one month written notice to obtain a refund.
